Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Friking account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new size within 3-5 business days.
